What were seeking:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Colorado SLP licensure (or eligibility) Experience working with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams Key responsibilities: Deliver evidence-based assessment and therapy to students with diverse communication needs in elementary, junior/senior, or high school settings Develop and implement IEP goals, track progress, and adjust interventions as needed Collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and other service providers Engage in regular parent/family communication regarding student progress and strategies for carryover Provide support and training to school staff on communication strategies and AAC use, as applicable Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning These roles offer the chance to become a vital part of inclusive educational environmentssupporting student success, professional growth, and meaningful connections.
