A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Position Highlights One Elementary Campus:
A single school site in a school district, no driving between buildings.
Four-Day Week:
Tuesday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30
PM In Person:
Fully on-site role, build real relationships with students and school teams.

SkyAbove handles payroll, credentialing, and liability coverage with bi-weekly direct deposit and ongoing clinical mentorship behind you. Responsibilities Provide direct speech-language therapy services (individual and group) to an elementary caseload of approximately 45-50 students. Conduct speech-language evaluations, develop IEP goals, monitor progress, and present at IEP meetings. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to integrate communication strategies into the classroom. Maintain timely, compliant documentation.
Compensation & Benefits Schedule:
Full-time, Tuesday-Friday, 7:30 AM-4:30 PM, 2026-2027 school year.
Pay:
$60-68/hr, based on experience, with bi-weekly direct deposit.
Perks:
Professional development assistance included. Requirements Active Colorado SLP license (DORA) and CDE Special Services Provider (SSP) license with Speech-Language Pathology endorsement (or eligibility).
ASHA CCC-SLP
preferred (CF candidates considered with supervision). School-based experience preferred.
