Qualifications & Preferred Experience Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or status as a Clinical Fellow (CFY) Previous experience in school settings or working with pediatric populations is advantageous Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills Primary Responsibilities Evaluate students with diverse speech, language, and communication needs Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and data on student outcomes Deliver both individual and group therapy, based on student IEPs Consult with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support students progress in the academic setting Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and insights Whats in it for You?
