Family Liaison/ Community Outreach Worker will be responsible to assist with the coordination and process of recruitment, enrollment, and placement of children in the program. Enroll and maintain required enrollment and average daily attendance figures. Complete all necessary paperwork and comply with all OEC, NAEYC, DCF, and other funding guidelines. The intake process will include making direct contact with families and local agencies for referrals and scheduling, while ensuring all intake data is accurate, complete, readable, and scanned into the database system. Oversee the promotional portion of a recruitment plan with a team approach with the Little Learners management team, having direct contact with clients, staff and community partners. Responsible for recruiting and completing intake application process for potential eligible families. Provide direct services to center based families, which include social services, health, and parent involvement. Must have compassion and understanding for the needs of children and families from economically and culturally diverse backgrounds. Being able to use various software and having a detailed comprehensive approach is a critical component to this position.
