Duties Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and organizing materials Operate hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment safely to perform tasks such as concrete mixing, cutting, pouring, and finishing Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand project specifications and ensure accurate execution Construct formwork and frameworks for concrete pouring, including rebar installation and metal stud framing Perform masonry work such as bricklaying, stucco application, and tile laying to support diverse building needs Carry out heavy lifting of materials like concrete blocks, lumber, rebar, and other supplies in accordance with safety regulations Support specialized tasks such as roofing, drywall installation, plastering, caulking, flooring installation, and restoration work Experience Previous experience working on construction sites or in related trades such as carpentry or masonry is highly preferred Familiarity with construction estimating processes and reading detailed construction plans or blueprints Knowledge of construction workplace safety regulations and adherence to safety protocols at all times Hands-on experience operating heavy equipment like forklifts or concrete pumps is advantageous Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately for various construction tasks Demonstrated capability in performing heavy lifting safely while maintaining productivity Strong understanding of different building materials including concrete, metal studs, drywall, stucco, tile, and flooring materials Join our team if you're eager to build a rewarding career in construction!
