Job Description

Qualifications & Experience Sought:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state SLP licensure (or eligibility) SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials welcomed Previous school-based experience preferred, but strong new graduates considered Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
Provide direct speech and language therapy to students in group and one-on-one settings Conduct evaluations and assessments to develop and monitor IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute valuable input to student plans Adapt interventions to meet each student's unique needs If you're passionate about supporting student communication in a nurturing school community, this long-term substitute SLP assignment offers a meaningful way to put your skills and compassion to work.
