Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program Active state license for Connecticut (or willingness to obtain) Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous experience in school settings or with adolescent/teen populations especially valued Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

Deliver therapy and assessment services to a high school student caseload (specifics provided during the interview process) Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with educators, families, and related service professionals Maintain thorough documentation of student progress and plans Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to team goals
