Valid SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology) credential Experience working within school settings and knowledge of best practices for student-centered therapy Ability to conduct thorough assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams Competency in managing a diverse caseload while maintaining accurate and compliant documentation

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy services to students according to their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to enhance communication outcomes for students Evaluate student needs through standardized assessments and design therapy plans tailored to each learner Participate in IEP meetings, sharing data and recommendations for student progress Maintain timely records and comply with all state and federal guidelines related to special education services Offer consultative support to educators regarding best practices for speech and language development in the classroom Experience the satisfaction of helping students develop essential communication skills and confidence.
