Qualifications & Experience:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain prior to start CCC-SLP credential preferred, but strong CFY candidates are also encouraged to apply School-based SLP experience is a plus Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Compassion, adaptability, and a student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students with speech, language, and communication concerns Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on IEP goals Deliver both individual and group therapy in accordance with student needs Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child's progress Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation Provide guidance and support for other educational team members regarding communication strategies
