Shared What You'll Do Provide speech-language therapy to young children Support students primarily within preschool and Pre-K settings. Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy based on student needs and IEP goals. Conduct speech-language screenings, evaluations, and reevaluations. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Monitor student progress and adjust intervention based on student data. Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, families, and other related service providers. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to individualized speech-language goals. Maintain accurate documentation and meet state and district special education requirements. Collaborate with the larger SLP team to share ideas, resources, and strategies. Participate in monthly workload discussions to help identify challenges and determine whether adjustments are needed.
