What You'll Bring:

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology Delaware SLP licensure, or eligibility to obtain ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred Previous school-based experience a plus, but not required Excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver individualized speech and language therapy aligned with students' IEPs Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify student needs Develop and carry out targeted treatment plans for a range of speech and language disorders Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation Collaborate with educators, families, administrators, and related service providers Participate in IEP meetings, contributing your expertise to help set and achieve student goals
