• Wilmington, DE | Elementary School Soliant Education is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time opportunity in Wilmington, Delaware.

This position will serve an elementary school population and is ideal for an SLP with school-based experience who enjoys collaborating with educational teams to support students' speech, language, and communication needs.

Position Details:

• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Elementary school caseload

• Hours:

  8:45 AM
• 4:15 PM
• Onsite, school-based position
• Competitive weekly pay

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy services to elementary-aged students.
• Conduct speech-language evaluations and assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized IEP goals based on student needs.
• Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Collect, monitor, and document student progress data.
• Maintain accurate therapy documentation and service records.
• Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, families, and other school staff.
• Work as a team player and provide additional support where needed.
• Remain flexible regarding caseload assignments, as assignments may occasionally change based on district needs.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
• Active Delaware SLP license/certification required
• School-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Experience supporting elementary-aged students preferred
• Experience with evaluations, IEP development, progress monitoring, and school-based documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
