Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract Step into a rewarding role supporting students as a Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) within dynamic school communities in the Palm Beach County area. This on-site, contract position offers the opportunity to grow professionally while making a meaningful impact on children's lives from PreK through high school. Multiple full-time assignments are available across the district, and caseloads vary by location to match your interests and strengths.

What We're Looking For:

Active Florida provisional SLP license (Department of Health) required Eligibility for SLP Clinical Fellowship supervision (CFY); supervision provided Experience or interest working in educational settings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams Confidence adapting to varied caseloads across age groups and exceptionalities Positive communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Commitment to timely onboarding, including fingerprinting and credentialing requirements Successful completion of an internal video interview to determine fit Not accepting SLPAs for this position; SLP-CCC opportunities are available under a separate job posting

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct speech and language therapy to students as assigned Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student progress Conduct assessments, document results, and maintain compliance with district policies Participate in team meetings and contribute to a supportive learning environment
