Key responsibilities include:
Evaluating, assessing, and developing personalized treatment plans for patients. Modifying therapy approaches as needed based on patient progress. Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and responses to treatment. Celebrating patient victories and supporting their communication goals.
Qualifications:
Current licensure or certification per state regulations. Successful completion of Speech-Language Pathology Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC). CPR certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire. Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's degree with relevant field experience.
