e2138-50023 Job Description Step into a rewarding full-time, on-site position supporting students as a Speech-Language Pathologist with opportunities for both experienced professionals and clinical fellows. In this dynamic school-based setting near Ankeny, IA, youll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide essential SLP services to pediatric populationsmaking a meaningful impact on childrens communication skills and academic success. Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required Current state licensure (or eligibility) for Speech-Language Pathology ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech-language therapy within schools Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals Provide therapy sessions targeting articulation, language, fluency, and social communication Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and legal standards Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student outcomes Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute to a positive, student-focused environment
