The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service while accurately handling transactions. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for managing the point of sale (POS) system, ensuring a smooth checkout experience for our customers, and contributing to the overall success of To Go operations. Requirements Must be 18 or older Must be able to work to work Christmas Eve, New Years Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter, and Mothers Day Duties Operate the POS system to process customer transactions efficiently and accurately. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with inquiries. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions while maintaining accuracy in cash handling. Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance sales opportunities. Maintain cleanliness at the checkout area and throughout the store. Utilize effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members professionally. Experience Previous experience in restaurants is preferred. Familiarity with basic math skills for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience with phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or concerns.
