Attention all Personal Trainers! Fully equipped gym space available in Ankeny, Iowa for rent! This is an ideal location just off of I35. Pay just 80$ per client, per month! For example, if you have 5 clients your total monthly rent would be 400$. Minimum rent will be required but the total monthly you pay won't exceed 800$! Train each client as often and as long as you want with no limitations. For new trainers, this eliminates the pressure of growing your business fast enough to cover a large rent.
