As a Per Diem Speech Language Pathologist, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care, providing individualized treatment plans, and promoting a positive clinical environment. Responsibilities Work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans for our patients, focusing on speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Conduct comprehensive evaluations, assessments, and therapy sessions to assess and improve communication skills. Utilize a variety of treatment approaches, including cognitive-communication, voice, and fluency therapy, to address patients' specific needs. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement strategies to improve patient communication and swallowing abilities. Provide patient education and training to facilitate carryover of new skills and strategies. Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient assessments, treatments, and progress.
