Role:

As a Per Diem Speech-Language Pathologist, you will: Evaluate and treat residents with communication and swallowing disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet residents' unique needs Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Provide education and training to residents, families, and staff on communication strategies and techniques Maintain accurate and timely records of assessments, treatments, and progress notes

Additional Responsibilities:

Participate in team conferences and meetings to discuss resident progress and revolving concerns Stay current with professional developments and best practices in speech-language pathology Adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and policies related to speech-language pathology services
