Ideal candidates will possess:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state SLP license and required certifications Experience in pediatric, early childhood, or elementary school settings strongly preferred Familiarity with a variety of speech and language disorders, including those with moderate to profound needs Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills In this role, you will: Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy to students with diverse speech and language impairments Create individualized treatment plans and measure student progress Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain thorough documentation to meet IEP and compliance standards Serve as a resource and advocate for students communication needs This opportunity comes with attractive weekly compensation, with hourly rates ranging from $40 to $60, and access to comprehensive healthcare benefits, as well as a 401(k) plan with company matching for your future security.
