Ideal candidates will demonstrate:

ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility, including new graduates completing their Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) Experience or strong interest working within school-based or pediatric settings Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and technology is a plus Solid understanding of IEP processes, assessments, and service delivery models for children ages 5-11 Commitment to evidence-based practices, creative problem-solving, and a passion for student growth Strong interpersonal skills for interacting with students, teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams Your daily responsibilities will include: Providing direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to elementary school students Conducting screenings, evaluations, and formal assessments to determine eligibility and needs Developing, implementing, and updating Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Maintaining detailed documentation, progress monitoring, and timely reports Participating actively in IEP meetings and collaborative planning with faculty and related service staff Adapting service delivery through in-person and, when needed, virtual platforms to maximize learning This role promises meaningful professional experience as you inspire communication progress and success for young learners in a supportive school environment.
