Required Qualifications:

Current Illinois Speech Language Pathology license Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with SLP endorsement Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children Understanding of school-based therapy guidelines and best practices Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments, develop individual education plans (IEPs), and deliver direct therapy to elementary students Work closely with teachers, staff, and parents to support students speech and language progress Maintain thorough documentation and track student achievements and challenges Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and updates Adapt interventions based on student needs and progress
