Key Qualifications:

Active Illinois SLP license required Possession of Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) is mandatory Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) Previous experience with teletherapy or comfort working in a virtual environment Strong communication, organization, and tech skills Experience in school-based settings preferred

Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy to K-12 students via remote platforms Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborate with teachers and families Track student progress and maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and district standards Engage in ongoing professional development to support students effectively in a virtual setting Participate in team meetings and provide expertise for multidisciplinary evaluations
