Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current Illinois State License (IDFPR) and ISBE Professional Educator License with SLP endorsement Clinical Fellowship SLPs (CF-SLPs) are encouraged to apply mentoring and support available Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills Prior school-based or pediatric experience is a plus, but not required

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students ranging from kindergarten through twelfth grade Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student development and progress Maintain accurate student records and contribute to progress reports Participate in school meetings, professional development sessions, and multidisciplinary teams Adapt therapy sessions to students unique needs, fostering an inclusive and supportive learning atmosphere
