Job Description

Join Our Growing Early Intervention Team! We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and motivated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services through the Illinois Early Intervention (EI) Program . This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with the flexibility to build a schedule that fits your availability while making a meaningful difference in the lives of infants and toddlers and their families. Whether you are already credentialed with Illinois Early Intervention or are interested in becoming credentialed, we are here to help guide you through the process. Responsibilities Provide high-quality speech-language evaluations and therapy services for children ages birth to three years. Develop individualized treatment plans that support each child's developmental goals. Educate and coach caregivers using family-centered intervention strategies. Complete required documentation accurately and within established timelines. Maintain dependable communication with office staff, service coordinators, and families. Manage your caseload professionally while providing exceptional service and clinical care. Qualifications Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Current Illinois Speech-Language Pathology license. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows (CF) may be considered. Ability to obtain or maintain Illinois Early Intervention credentials (credentialing assistance provided if needed). Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills. Reliable transportation to travel throughout Lake County and/or Cook County. What We Offer Flexible part-time to full-time caseload based on your availability.
