Job Description

Exciting contract opportunities are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists seeking a meaningful role supporting young learners in a dynamic elementary school setting. These in-person positions provide a chance to work with early childhood and Pre-K students, focusing on essential speech, language, and AAC device needs. Qualifications & Desired Experience:

Valid SLP license with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Prior experience within a school environment, preferably with early childhood and Pre-K populations Strong skills in AAC (Augmentative and Alternative Communication) device support Exceptional communication abilities Commitment to in-person work Collaborative spirit for shared caseload management

Role & Responsibilities:

Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to early childhood/Pre-K students Share caseload of students using AAC devices, working in tandem with a co-SLP for comprehensive support Develop and implement individualized intervention plans in accordance with IEPs and school guidelines Maintain accurate, timely documentation of progress and services Communicate regularly with staff and families regarding student needs and achievements Contribute expertise to a cohesive, student-focused multidisciplinary team

Schedule Details:

Candidate 1: Begin in October, continuing through December (12-15 weeks; MAT coverage), 3 days weekly Candidate 2: September through November or December, 2 days weekly Both roles are based in a single elementary school location for streamlined collaboration Bring your passion and knowledge to a role where you can truly impact the foundation of communication and learning for young children.
