Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Active state licensure as an SLP or SLP-CF Prior experience in school settings strongly preferred Demonstrated knowledge or experience with Augmentative and Alternative Communication (AAC) is required Eligible for immediate interview and quick onboarding Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

Provide speech and language therapy to elementary school students using evidence-based practices Assess, diagnose, and develop personalized treatment plans, including AAC strategies and tools as needed Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support each student's IEP goals Maintain thorough records of student progress and intervention outcomes Adapt services as needed for teletherapy if required by student situations Attend relevant meetings and contribute to a positive, cooperative work environment
