Job Description

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting childrens communication development in a dedicated educational environment. Serve as a Speech-Language Pathologist working with pediatric students, where your expertise will make a meaningful impact on young learners every day. Your background working with school-aged children and knowledge of pediatric speech therapy will be key as you collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to help students succeed. Qualifications and Experience:
Active licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist Certified or eligible for SLP credentials in the state Experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within schools Proficiency in speech and language assessments and evidence-based intervention techniques Strong interpersonal and communication abilities Commitment to maintaining accurate records and documenting progress
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for identified students Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to children with diverse speech and language needs Collaborate regularly with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure student progress Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning Maintain clear and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines Stay current with best practices and continue professional development This contract position offers a dynamic school-based setting, where your contributions are valued and your clinical skills can thrive.
