Category Therapy - Hospital - SLP Job Type Travel A travel opportunity is available for a Speech Language Pathologist to provide therapy services at a well-established 340-bed medical center located within a 75-mile radius of Belfry, KY. This role offers a consistent full-time schedule with 40 guaranteed hours per week, working 8-hour day shifts from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Location Positioned near Belfry, KY, this medical center serves a diverse patient population with a wide range of speech and language therapy needs. The region offers a blend of small-town charm with access to outdoor recreational activities and a welcoming community atmosphere. Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive speech language pathology services in a hospital setting. Utilize Epic electronic medical records for accurate and timely charting. Adapt services to meet patient needs while managing change effectively in a dynamic healthcare environment. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications Certified Speech Language Pathologist with valid licensure. Experience in hospital-based speech therapy preferred. Proficient with Epic electronic medical record systems. Demonstrates resilience, strong work ethic, and excellent interpersonal skills. Compliance with
COVID-19
vaccination requirements unless eligible for approved declination with weekly PCR testing. Schedule 8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Guaranteed 40 hours per week, except during holidays when the unit is closed.
