How you'll contribute A speech-language pathologist (SLP) who excels in this role: Evaluates and treats patient populations for swallowing, speech-language and therapy needs. Performs and documents initial and ongoing assessments of patient's condition. Designs and implements a plan of care which is appropriate to problems identified and involves the patient and family. Educates and counsels patients and families regarding treatment plans and progress. Plans and/or assists with patient discharge from therapy services. Master's Degree inSpeech Language Pathology Required Licenses:
Licensed Speech Therapist; Current licensure withKY Board of Speech-Language Pathology & Audiology Certifications:
