Starting as soon as possible and running through the end of the school year, youll be working full-time (35 hours per week; 7-hour days with a 30-minute unpaid lunch, Monday through Friday) on-site within a supportive educational environment. What youll bring to the role: Masters degree in Speech Language Pathology or Communication Disorders Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility for licensure) ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred Experience in school settings or with pediatric populations is valuable Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, teachers, and families Ability to adapt to varying caseloads and school assignments What youll do: Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among students (age groups and caseloads to be determined) Create and implement individualized treatment plans in collaboration with school teams Provide direct and consultative therapy services in compliance with IEP requirements Document student progress and maintain thorough, timely records Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student success Participate fully in school-based meetings and professional development as needed This role offers a quick hiring process, with same-day decisions following interviewsso you can begin making a difference right away.
