This is a strong opportunity for a new graduate looking to build clinical experience in a supportive setting while working with residents on communication, cognition, and swallowing goals.

What You'll Do:

Complete speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing evaluations with supervision and mentorship Provide individualized treatment based on resident needs and therapy goals Work with residents on communication, cognition, and dysphagia management Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families regarding care planning Maintain timely and accurate documentation
