A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

- 100,000/year Post Rehab is seeking an experienced Speech-Language Pathology Supervisor to lead speech therapy services within our skilled nursing facility.
Position Responsibilities:
Provide speech-language evaluations and treatment for residents with communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs Oversee daily speech therapy operations and support department workflow Mentor and collaborate with SLP team members and interdisciplinary staff Partner with nursing, rehab leadership, physicians, and families to support resident care plans Monitor documentation, treatment outcomes, and compliance with facility and regulatory standards Assist with staff training, onboarding, and clinical support initiativesWhy Join Agawam Campus:
