A Speech Language Pathologist diagnoses and treats speech, language, and swallowing disorders in patients with a variety of conditions. Helps patients improve their ability to make sounds or use language, or develop non-spoken means of communication. May specialize in working with patients of a certain age group, or treat speech problems resulting from a condition such as a stroke or cleft palate. Works in schools, hospitals and other healthcare facilities and works closely with physicians, psychologists, social workers, and other therapists.

Job Description

A busy multi specialty clinic is adding Speech Therapy as a new modality. We are looking for a Part-time Licensed Speech and Language Pathologist join us in building this line of service. The candidate must have a valid Massachusetts SLP license and a liability insurance. If only supervising, the hour requirements will be minimal and no in-person time will be required. This is an opportunity for someone who is looking for a few hours per week to start. As the business increases, however, it may change. Flexible schedule, you can make your own hours.
