What Youll Need:

An active Massachusetts SLP license Experience or interest in serving diverse K-12 student populations Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to evaluate, diagnose, and create effective therapy plans Team-oriented mindset and a commitment to supporting student growth

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and provide direct speech-language therapy services to students across all grade levels Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions to ensure student success Communicate regularly with teachers, staff, and families to foster a supportive learning environment Stay current with best practices and state/federal regulations for school-based speech therapy
