Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Full-Time Vantage Health and Rehab of Wakefield Wakefield, MA $44-$48/hour LTC is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time role in our skilled nursing facility. Join a collaborative rehab team helping residents improve communication, cognition, and swallowing function.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate and treat speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing disorders Develop individualized care plans and treatment goals Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families Maintain accurate documentation and progress notesBenefits:
