Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Massachusetts (MA SLP) Experience working in school settings or with pediatric populations is preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills Ability to develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans Adaptability and passion for supporting students across a wide range of abilities Key responsibilities: Assess students speech and language development through formal and informal evaluations Provide direct therapy services to students following Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the creation and update of student goals Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with district and state guidelines This contract opportunity allows you to make a direct impact in students lives across various grade levels, whether you prefer a full-time schedule or want the flexibility of part-time hours.
