Key Qualifications:

Current and valid Maryland SLP license (required) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) Experience working in school-based or early childhood settings, specifically with infants and toddlers Strong collaboration and communication skills Commitment to evidence-based, family-centered practice

Core Responsibilities:

Deliver speech and language therapy for infants and toddlers in a school or district environment Assess, diagnose, and develop intervention plans to address communication disorders Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize outcomes Document and maintain up-to-date student records in accordance with state and district guidelines Contribute professional insights to support each childs Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP)
