Job Description

Both seasoned professionals and Clinical Fellows (CFY) are welcome to apply as you work with diverse pediatric caseloads and deliver teletherapy services where needed.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Active Maryland SLP license and appropriate credentials required Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare SLP settings preferred Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology tools Ability to adapt session plans to meet students individual needs Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills
What Youll Do:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders within a school setting Develop and implement IEP goals tailored to each student Provide dynamic, engaging direct therapy in-person and via telehealth, as appropriate Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families for comprehensive student support Maintain accurate records and documentation per state and district standards Participate in eligibility meetings, evaluations, and ongoing professional learning In this role, you can expect highly competitive compensation with weekly pay, plus access to comprehensive insurance plans, including medical, dental, and vision.
