Preferred Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure as an SLP (required) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or ability to obtain Previous school-based SLP experience preferred, but not required Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills Comfort with diverse caseloads and IEP development
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Deliver direct and consultative therapy services to students with a variety of speech, language, and communication needs Collaborate with families, teachers, and other support staff to promote student progress Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings Engage enthusiastically in ongoing professional development
