Qualifications & Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or pending Maryland SLP license ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) Previous experience in a school setting preferred, but not required Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills Adaptable, organized, and driven to support diverse student needs

Key Responsibilities:

Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders for K-8 students Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to foster student success Maintain accurate records of progress, services provided, and compliance with district guidelines Provide engaging therapy sessions in both individual and small group settings Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed This full-time school-based position grants the chance to contribute meaningfully to young students lives while gaining valuable experience split between two age groups.
