We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Home Health Speech Therapist to join our growing team in St. Mary's and Calvert Counties, Maryland. $113,000 - $125,580 annually, mileage reimbursement, comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.
Work-Life Balance:
Monday - Friday schedule (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM) with some weekend rotation.
Responsibilities:
Evaluate patients' speech, language, and swallowing abilities and develop individualized treatment plans. Provide skilled therapy interventions to improve communication and swallowing function. Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and communicate effectively with the care team. Maintain accurate records and adhere to all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Maryland SLP license. CPR certification. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Passion for home health care.
