Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program Current or eligible Maryland SLP licensure Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but open to strong Clinical Fellows (CF) Strong interpersonal and communication skills Passion for working with school-aged children and supporting diverse needs Ability to adapt strategies for various grade levels

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver evidence-based speech and language services to students in both elementary and middle school settings Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and maintain thorough documentation Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student growth Provide direct and consultative therapy, in groups or one-on-one Track progress and adjust therapeutic interventions as needed Participate in team meetings and school-based activities Foster an inclusive, positive atmosphere for all learners
