Key Qualifications:

Valid SLP license and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Previous experience working in schools strongly preferred Exceptional communication, organization, and documentation skills Skilled at managing assessment protocols and developing targeted therapy plans Compassionate and patient-centered approach

Role Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech/language and communication assessments three days each week, compiling accurate, detailed reports Complete all necessary documentation and assessment paperwork in a timely and thorough manner Deliver targeted, evidence-based intervention to students two days per week, addressing a range of communication needs Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to support students' IEP goals and foster communication skills in the classroom Offer insights and recommendations for classroom accommodations and instructional strategies Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive, professional learning environment
