Key Qualifications:

Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology Current state licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility School-based SLP experience preferred Strong communication, collaboration, and organization skills Ability to adapt therapeutic strategies for a broad age range of students

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students from elementary to high school Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each students needs Deliver direct therapy and consultative services for a caseload of 41 students Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress and advocate for student needs Maintain thorough, compliant documentation and evaluation records Travel between four school buildings within the district to offer consistent, high-quality support
