r46276-49064 Job Description We are seeking a qualified and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide services in a school-based setting. The SLP will work with students to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders while collaborating with educational teams to support student success. Qualifications Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology. Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or eligibility for licensure. ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred. Availability to work 8 AM - 3:15 PM School-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates of varying experience levels are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Conduct speech and language evaluations and assessments. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals. Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services. Collaborate with teachers, families, administrators, and related service providers. Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines. Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions. Monitor student progress and adjust services as needed. This position offers highly competitive weekly pay between $50 and $60 per hour, along with a robust benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and more.
