Key Qualifications:

Valid Michigan social work license. Department of Education School Social Work approval. Experience working with K5 students; occasional middle school caseload. Strong skills in supporting students with high behavioral needs, leading small group therapy, and providing consultative services. Ability to work 35 hours per week in a school-based setting.

Primary Responsibilities:

Deliver direct and indirect social work services to elementary and occasional middle school students. Manage and support students with high behavioral needs. Facilitate small group therapy sessions promoting social and emotional growth. Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure holistic care. Maintain records and provide consultative services to staff and families.
