Job Description
Category Schools - SLP Job Type Contract A part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) opportunity is available to support K-8 students in a dynamic school setting located in Anoka, MN. This contract position runs from as soon as possible until June 12, 2026, providing speech therapy services to a caseload of 12 students. The role offers 8-10 hours per week, serving primarily students in grades K through 8.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individualized speech therapy to a caseload of 12 students, focusing on various speech and language goals. Deliver therapy sessions mostly twice a week for 20 minutes per student, with some students receiving weekly sessions. Collaborate with educators and support staff within the school to enhance student outcomes. Utilize teletherapy methods as needed to complement in-person services. Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies.Desired Qualifications:
Valid SLP licensure and certifications appropriate for K-12 educational settings. Experience working with elementary and middle school students, particularly in grades K-8. Ability to provide both direct therapy and teletherapy services. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with families and school staff.Location:
School-based setting in Anoka, Minnesota, serving students at the Star of the North East Bethel location.
