Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates may be considered Previous experience in a school environment highly valued Solid understanding of IEP development and progress monitoring Collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills Commitment to evidence-based intervention and culturally responsive practices
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students Provide direct therapy services individually and in small groups Document student progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with school and state guidelines Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to develop IEPs Consult with teachers, parents, and staff to support student growth across learning environments Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging school culture This position offers the opportunity to work within a welcoming educational community and make a meaningful contribution to student success.
