Key qualifications to thrive in this role: At least one year of experience as a paraprofessional in a school setting High school diploma or equivalent required Completion of one of the following: at least two years of college (minimum 60 semester credits), an associate degree or higher, or a passing score on the ParaPro Assessment (455+) or ParaEducator assessments (65% on Instructional Support, 70% on Knowledge and Application) Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to nurturing students educational journeys Responsibilities include: Providing academic and behavioral support to students across diverse learning settings Assisting classroom teachers with instructional activities and individualized student learning plans Supporting inclusion and engagement for students with varying educational needs, both in resource rooms and center-based classrooms Collaborating with educators, therapists, and families to foster a positive, supportive classroom environment You will work approximately 33.75 hours per week alongside dedicated professionals.
